Dubai Start has partnered up with the SWISS Pavilion to offer exclusive event packages for your business, guests and customers. Showcasing the best and brightest of Swiss technology, the pavilion expects millions of visitors from 180 countries throughout the duration.

Consultancy mandate for the implementation of the project costs EURO 4.000;
Starting price for the event day session for 5 Hours at Swiss pavilion chf 7500 ( EURO 6700 circa) for space and invitation management up to a Max of 80 persons.

A perfect chance to encounter customers, create bonds with authorities and exhibit your potential to a worldwide audience. The event is structured in Theme Weeks to enhance various sector participations. Tell us your business to accommodate and target your audience.

Upon agreement, we will work closely with you to understand and tailor your presence at the event and create the ideal environment for both your business as well as your budget. Our Consulting Services start at a very reasonable price of CHF 4,000.

BASIC PACKAGES

Consultancy mandate for the implementation of the project costs EURO 4.000;
Starting price for the event day session for 5 Hours at Swiss pavilion chf 7500 ( EURO 6700 circa) for space and invitation management up to a Max of 80 persons.

Comprised of main hall of 63 sq.m and a courtyard of 32sq.m the space can accommodate from 24 to 80 seating. Additional rooftop terrace can serve up to 90 additional guests. LED screens, WiFi, PA system and all other presentation equipment are available.

Includes guided tour of the Swiss Pavilion if booked in advance. Event slots are between 10.00 – 15.00 during the day, and from 17.00 to 24.00 for the evening soirée.

For 20 to 80 participants, we can assist you in identifying the right audience and extend them a personalized invitation via the Swiss Consulate General. Personal follow up, communication and registration management is included.

Logistics, catering, AV systems, hosts, reception and registration and on-site event support are available upon request

Notes: Presence at the Swiss Pavilion start at CHF 4,000. Payment structure is 50% advance and 50% during the event. In case of cancellation, the Swiss Confederation guarantees refund of Swiss Pavilion monies.
